These Terms govern the RLP UNIFORM website, social media platforms, mobile app, or one of our other products or services, all of which are part of RLP UNIFORM’s Platform (“Platform”). You may access our Platform through a computer, mobile phone, tablet or other technology, which we refer to here as a “Device”. These Terms create a legally binding agreement between you and RLP UNIFORM and its’ affiliates (which we may refer to as “RLP UNIFORM,”, “RLP“, “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Platform.
RLP UNIFORM may revise these Terms of Sale at any time. Your continued usage of the Platform will mean you accept those changes, and you will comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The materials provided on this Site are protected by law, including, but not limited to, United States copyright laws and international treaties.
IT IS YOUR SOLE RESPONSIBILITY TO VERIFY THAT THE DETAILS OF YOUR ORDER ARE ACCURATE BEFORE SUMBITTING THE ORDER TO US. This is especially important on orders where you are adding embroidery or other customizing options as these items can not be exchanged. Please be sure to double check you order before sumbitting it to us. When placing orders on this platform, the order is sumbitted to us when you click the 'PLACE ORDER' button.
Product Availability & Order Completion
All merchandise is subject to availability, we expressly disclaim any liability for failure to ship all or part of any order. We cannot guarantee current or future product availability or completion of any order in its entirety. You agree that we may ship & invoice an order all at one time or at multiple times as merchandise becomes available. If we cannot ship any portion of an order within 60 days from the order date or from any ship date promised to you in writing, you may cancel only that portion of the order that has not shipped by that time. You agree that partial shipments we make on an order are considered completed at the time they ship and you may not return or cancel items that have shipped based on our inabilty to complete the remainder of the order.
Cancelling or Changing Orders
All sales are final. Once an order has been submitted to us (placed), you may not cancel or change it. Orders are considered ‘placed’ when an order is received by RLP UNIFORM via our platform, regular mail, email, fax or phone. Orders begin processing immediately upon receipt. When placing orders on this platform, the order is submitted to us when you click the 'PLACE ORDER' button.

Products Claimed to be Defective
We guarantee all products to be free from significant manufacturing defects and will replace any garment found to be defective at no cost to you. RLP UNIFORM reserves the right to make a final determination as to whether a product is defective. All claims must be asserted to RLP UNIFORM within 5 days after the defect is discovered but not more than 45 days after the order was delivered. A 'significant' manufacturing defect is an obvious error or issue made during the manufacturing process (for example, unopened sleeves or pockets, fabric tears, improper pocket placement or collar alignment). It does not include subtle differences when comparing garment to garment. Subtle differences such as a loose thread or slight alignment differences on buttons etc. are normal variances in the manufacturing process of clothing and are beyond our control.
Shortages / Damaged Merchandise
Any claims for shortages or damaged merchandise must be made within 5 business days of receipt of your order. We will replace these items at no cost to you.
All garments shown on this website and related catalogs have normal flammability and do not provide protection from ignition sources, molten substances, or from chemical exposures unless specifically stated in the garment description. If you need more information, please contact us.
Always follow instructions shown on the care label affixed to each garment. Garment care information for garments shown on our website is available upon request.
The purchase of products from RLP UNIFORM for resale is strictly prohibited. Purchase for resale means the purchase of products from RLP UNIFORM by someone who resells, or intends to resell, the product to others (consumers, businesses or any third party). If we believe you are involved in purchase for resale, we reserve the right to take action against you, including, without limitation, to restrict sales to you, cancel your orders, and/or suspend or close your account.
Placing an Order Using This Platform
You need an e-mail address to place an order, and you may need to set your browser to accept both (functional) cookies and pop-ups in order to be able to use all the functionalities of the Platform, which includes designing customized items, adding items to your shopping cart and submitting your order. When you submit an order, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Our acceptance of the order takes place when the Products are shipped to you - we will send you an email confirming that the Products have been shipped (“Shipment Confirmation”). At this point a contract, containing these Terms of Sale, comes into existence and is binding on you and us (the “Contract”). We recommend that you print or download a copy of these Terms of Sale and the relevant Order Confirmation for future reference. If we are unable to supply you with a product, we will inform you of this in writing and will not process that part of the order.
Our Right to Refuse or Cancel an Order
We explicitly reserve the right not to accept or cancel your order for any reason.
Transfer Of Title / Risk Of Loss
The title and risk of loss for products purchased from RLP UNIFORM pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Title to product(s) will not transfer until full payment has been received.
The ability to make payment by Credit Card is available to all customers. We offer Net 30 Terms and Wire Transfer for approved accounts only. We do not accept any other method of payment. For credit card payments, we obtain an authorization on your credit card at the time the order is placed, that authorization is then processed as a charge to your card when merchandise ships. In instances where orders require multiple shipments you may see multiple charges. We will send you an invoice via email for all orders. Please note that an 'authorization' is not the same as a 'charge'. If you have questions regarding card authorizations, please contact your credit card issuer.
All prices are shown in US Dollars. Freight and sales tax will be added to your order. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice. Any price changes we may make do not apply to orders that have been placed prior to those changes. We offer volume discounts; these discounts will be automatically applied to your order and can be seen in your cart.
We utilize many different warehouses located throughout the USA. Not all products are housed in every warehouse so it may be necessary for us to make multiple shipments to fulfil your order.
We may transfer our rights and obligations under a contract to another organization, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms of Sale. You may only transfer your rights or your obligations under these Terms of Sale to another person if we agree in writing. Each of the paragraphs of this Terms of Sale operates separately. If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect. If we fail to insist that you perform any of your obligations under these Terms of Sale, or if we do not enforce our rights against you, or if we delay in doing so, that will not mean that we have waived our rights against you and will not mean that you do not have to comply with those obligations. If we do waive a default by you, we will only do so in writing, and that will not mean that we will automatically waive any later default by you. We will not file a copy of the contract between us.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RLP UNIFORM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES YOU MAY SUSTAIN THAT RESULT FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE FEATURES ON THE PLATFORM.
USER INTERACTIONS. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for your interactions with other users of the Platform or any damage or harm you may experience because of these interactions including any user content posted to the Platform.
Warranty Disclaimer The Platform, Content, and the materials and products on this Platform are provided "AS IS.” We do not make any guarantees including about the Platform’s accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, reliability or otherwise.
RLP UNIFORM does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the Platform is free of viruses or anything harmful.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RLP UNIFORM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform, Content, User Content and any products or services you may obtain or access through the Platform, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
You are solely responsible for any damage to your Device resulting from accessing the Platform, to the extent applicable law does not provide otherwise.
