For All U.S. Government Accounts We ship to U.S. Government accounts worldwide including APO, FPO & DPO addresses via US Postal Service Priority. APO, FPO & DPO address designations are available for online ordering. If you require other shipping arrangements, please contact us.

For All Other Accounts Currently we ship direct to U.S. addresses including United States territories & possessions that do not require customs documents for the shipment. Customers outside the U.S.A. are required to provide a freight forwarder or other address located within the U.S.A. for shipping.

Cleaning and care requirements differ from style to style. All products you purchase from us will have a tag affixed by the manufacturer with care instructions. You should always follow those instructions.
On every product page you will find a link called 'Size chart'. Clicking that link will open a new window showing the size chart and measuring guidelines for that product. Please note that not all garments use the same size chart so it's important to be sure to access the chart from the product page you are interested in.
FAQ 1 
Unfortunately, once an order has been submitted to us (placed), it may not be cancelled or changed. Orders begin processing immediately upon receipt. An order is considered ‘placed’ when an received by RLP UNIFORM via our website, regular mail, email, fax or phone. When placing orders on this website, the order is submitted to us when you click the 'PLACE ORDER' button. This is included in our Terms of Sale

Our normal processing time to ship orders without embroidery or customizing is 1-2 business days. Orders with embroidery or customizing generally ship in 5-10 business days. These time frames can fluctuate depending on several factors but generally these will apply. Please note that there is no way for us to tell you exactly what point an order is at in processing. All we are able to see are two statuses in our system; Processing or Shipped.
Each time we make a shipment, an email with the tracking numbers for that shipment are emailed to you. Those packages can be tracked on the shipper websites (UPS, FedEx or USPS). If you created an account with us, you can track all shipments in the Account Dashboard. Simply navigate to ORDERS from the dashboard. Select the order you would like to track and click VIEW ORDER. In the ORDER SHIPMENTS tab, you will see all shipments made for that order with the tracking numbers. There are links to track the shipments or simply click the tracking numbers.

Currently we do not offer print catalogs for mailing. We moved to digital-only several years ago.

Our site shows color swatches for every color of every product however we do not show the product picture in every color (this was done to minimize loading time for the pages to make browsing more pleasant). If you would like to receive a larger product picture in a specific color, we can certainly accommodate you. Please contact us by email here. Be sure to specify the item number and color you would like to see. We will email the pictures to you promptly.
The purchase of products from RLP UNIFORM for resale is strictly prohibited. Purchase for resale means the purchase of products from RLP UNIFORM by someone who resells, or intends to resell, the product to others (consumers, businesses or any third party).
We provide Net 30 payment terms for approved accounts. There are some restrictions based on purchase volume. If you are interested in applying for Net 30 terms, please send us an email via the contact form located here. Please include 'Net 30 terms' somewhere in your request.
